It was a thrill for me carve this new design. The Dolphin Fish (Mahi-Mahi) is built for speed. Like the hood ornament of a '49 Plymouth, even while standing still it looks like it's moving at 20 knots. Growing up to 6 ft. long, it primarily feeds on flying fish. With its bumped out forehead and a full body dorsal fin, the male appears quite prehistoric. All that and its dazzling colors make the Dolphin Fish a truly amazing creature.
